"There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth. It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of its many colors. Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows, hills and valleys with lush green grass.

When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place. There is always food and water and warm spring weather. All the animals who have been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.

The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. Her bright eyes are intent; her eager body begins to quiver. Suddenly she begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, her legs carrying her faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be separated."

What our families have to say…

..if someone had asked me who my best friend was prior to September 28, 2020 at 3:44pm I would've pondered around a few names of acquaintances, but on that date and at that time it became all to clear that the most loving and dearest friend and companion I will ever know had just peacefully slipped away from me. Her name is Angel and she entered my heart almost 13 years ago and she grew there ever since, no words can begin to describe the bond, loyalty, trust and unconditional love that she and I shared with one another, after raising 5 boys Angel became the daughter I always wanted and she was pampered and spoiled as a father could possibly make his little girl. As spoilt as she was not once did my little girl cause me any grief, anger, regret or disrespect just the purest of love and compassion, and years of enjoyment. I can't ever recall of feeling so empty and loneliness, and pain like I've never known Angel and I were constantly together as to where I no longer feel whole. I would like to thank God for guiding these most wonderful people at Pet Haven, towards my sorrow laden heart I didn't know what to do where to turn, I just couldn't believe that my little girl was gone I can remember speaking with Brianna she was so comforting and sympathetic, and patient as we made Angels arraignments she explained everything with such patience and understanding she seen to my little girls needs and treated her with the utmost respect, and had the dignity that she so much deserves. May God bless these outstanding people and all that they do.

During a very difficult and heartbreaking time with our 2 elderly Bearded Collies, our vet and radiologist told us that our “furry best friends” would not make it through the weekend—that was a Thursday. We began researching pet cremation services in the Chattanooga area and remembered that 18 years ago, Pet Haven had helped us through this painful period in the loss of our 16 year old Springer Spaniel, (another “best friend”). So… we called on them again. We live about 2 hours away and explained our situation and the fact that we really did not want to leave them there and wait for 3-5 days to be able to go pick up “our kids”. Jessica and Brianna came to the rescue. (no other service would do that). They understood our grief and our need to not add even more separation from them. They reassured us that they would reserve time for us, and that we could bring them over and would be able to pick them up in 3-4 hours. They were so organized, kind, compassionate, and they did what they had promised. We now have our Weaver, Banjo and Maize with us all the time in beautiful urns. They also made [clay impressions] of their “footprints” and gave us locks of their hair, that we were able to designate ahead of time. Thank you, Jessica, Brianna and Pet Haven for all the support you gave our family.

I recently lost my girl Lucille..the staff there let me talk and reflect about my precious little shadow, let me have our last goodbye, and i never felt rushed. Patience is a virtue..thank you for what you do.

We had to say good bye to our sweet little poodle last week after 16 years. Pet Haven was so compassionate and gentle with the whole process. We didn't really know how to handle the logistics but they made it easy. Thank you for being so respectful and caring.

Thank you so much for the kindness and caring you showed with the passing of our Jack. You made this difficult process so easy while letting me know how sorry you were for our loss. We are very pleased with the elegant tin for his ashes and the additional memorial items.

I was so pleased with Pet Haven. Losing a pet that is a family member is always hard. The staff at Pet Haven were so sincere, respectful and helpful. For personal reasons, I wanted to take my Blossom to them in person. The kindness and respect really helped me. We chose the private cremation which was a lot less than the other facilities. We took Blossom on a Monday after euthanasia at the Vet and picked up her ashes on Wednesday. We received some beautiful mementos and helpful grief booklet.

I received my furbaby’s remains today. I’m taken back by all we received.
Pet Haven truly made me feel like Kyro was special to them too, even though they never knew the wonderful, goofy, beautiful puppy giant that he was. They really went above and beyond and it just shows how compassionate they must be. It may just be paper, poems, and ashes... but in such a saddened state, it all means the world to me. I’m so grateful, Pet Haven. God bless you all for doing all you do, and providing heartfelt closure to those of us losing one of the best friends we'll ever have. I’m just so appreciative.

This is my third time using the services at Pet Haven. The first two times I was in and out, but pleased with the way they cared for my babies and his kind they were to me. This time, I did sit and talk to [Brianna] for little while. She is truly a kind person. She understands how hard it is when you lose your babies. She took time to talk to me and tell me about her loss and showed me some photos. I’m glad I chose them to take care of my babies. I hope to not need their services anytime soon, but I wouldn't dream of taking my little ones anywhere else. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

I’ve taken two of my babies here and everyone here treated me and my babies with respect and care and compassion they go above and beyond and help you through your darkest hour. They’ve made a lifelong customer I appreciate everything they’ve done for me.

I have had several beloved pets cremated at Pet Haven and they have always been so kind and compassionate. I highly recommend them for the professional job they do, the variety of options they offer, and their genuine care for their customers and the beloved pets.

— B.Stewart

Brianna was a beautiful, compassionate, and helpful person. Answered all questions, asked if we had any concerns, anything we wanted from our pet as a keepsake, and even compared pics of our pets, sharing stories. This is the second time I've been here, and will always use in the future.

I want to say thank you for the way you handled my pets after their death. It's been a few years, but every time I drive by, I am thankful to have crossed your path through my vet.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beautiful golden girl, Zoe. I wish I could rate this business with more than 5 stars. Brianna was kind, compassionate, and patient. She walked us through everything and made this transition a bit easier. Very professional and much needed during a difficult time.

I never thought of having a pet cremated, and truly never needed to. I adopted a Rot-Golden mix a few weeks after I moved out on my own from my parents. 16 years later our lives together ended. Pet Haven did for me the things I cannot do. I have the utmost respect for the establishment. I come from a farm family and we bury our deceased, but this wasn't a cow or a horse, this was my protector and my bed buddy for more years than most marriages these days. They were the utmost respectable and I have absolutely no regrets, to the point I will be taking my other baby there as well. The last of a long family blood line, also 2 months shy of 16. The sentiment given to me was more than I'd have had otherwise, and they truly treat your pet as a member of the family (theirs and yours).

My heart was broken and he came and treated Wish a like a human and it eased my pain. They are the best option.

Friendly and courteous service. Will remember them when the time comes around again. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of this kind of assistance. Thank's Mr. G. This wasn't easy for us but you helped make it just a bit more bearable
RIP Bobo Smith. 7/25/2007 - 11/15/2017 See you at the bridge.

Awesome & Loving
What a caring and compassionate family. We lost a pet on New Year's Day and Pet Haven returned our message right away and made a special arrangement with us to help us out. Their compassion shows in everything they did for us. Obviously you don't ever "want" to do business with a business like this, but when you "have" to, you could not hope for more than Pet Haven provides. Thank you!

To The New Found Friends At Pet Haven
I wanted to thank you for everything you did for me on my day of loss. Tiffany Noel was my life, she will be missed but she will always be close to me. Thank you again!

We recently lost our 15 yr old Golden Retriever, Shadow. His passing was so hard on me and my family. We loved our baby so much and wanted him to be taken care of. We chose to take him to Pet Haven and it was the best decision we could have made. I had so many questions and the owner was so patient and took the time to explain everything and show me so I could understand what was going to happen. I felt better after visiting there. I knew without a doubt she would be respectful to my Shadow. When I went to pick up his ashes I couldnt believe how nice everything was. With Shadows beautiful urn was also a clay and ink pawprint, a lock of his fur ( she even did what I ask and got one of his curls), and a card from them in memory of our Shadow. If we ever go through such a tragedy again, we will go back. Thank you Pet Haven family for everything you have done for our family!
